Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring vegetables, meats, and other components.
• Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and portioning food accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Support the head chef and other kitchen staff in executing menu items efficiently during service hours.
• Ensure proper storage of food items, adhering to food handling guidelines to prevent spoilage or contamination.
• Assist with catering events as needed, preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality.
