Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate in Denver, Colorado! We are seeking motivated individuals to support the efficient flow of goods within our state-of-the-art facility. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks critical to our logistics operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will work closely with other team members to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. Adherence to strict safety protocols is paramount, and you will be trained on the proper use of all equipment and required PPE . This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting , up to 50 lbs. We are committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and a strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and orders.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety and quality control.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times, including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies within our Logistics network.
