We are seeking motivated Warehouse Workers to join our logistics team in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is essential for the efficient operation of our distribution center, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving and putting away inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will be part of a team dedicated to ensuring accuracy, speed, and safety in all warehouse activities. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming goods.
- Stock inventory in designated locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if trained and certified).
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Load outgoing trucks.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Must demonstrate a commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
