We are seeking energetic Picker/Packers to join our vibrant logistics team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be at the forefront of order fulfillment, ensuring that our customers receive their products accurately and on time. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanning devices, carefully packing them into appropriate shipping containers, and preparing them for dispatch. A clean and safe working environment is essential, and all team members must strictly adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves significant physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 40 lbs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment setting is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order specifications.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Efficiently and safely pack orders using appropriate materials.
- Label packages for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and wearing PPE.
