Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for motivated individuals. Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
