We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and put-away to order picking and shipping. Your contribution is vital to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Stage products for outbound transportation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company policies.
- Strictly follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution center.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred. Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting up to 60 pounds. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. A commitment to safety and following procedures is essential. Must be reliable and punctual. This role demands physical stamina and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
