Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and training.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy.
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring the correct use of PPE and safe material handling practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive performance.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and control.
