We are seeking an energetic and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is essential for ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for various aspects of order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and prioritizes Safety. You will collaborate with other team members to meet daily targets and contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Apply shipping labels and any necessary documentation to outgoing packages.
- Operate scanning devices and other warehouse equipment to track inventory and process orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all company guidelines.
- Ensure consistent use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to promote Safety.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting and stock rotation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve fulfillment goals and support logistics efficiency.
- Follow all established procedures and protocols to ensure operational excellence and Safety.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking environment is preferred. Must be able to handle repetitive Lifting and bending throughout the shift. Ability to work with speed and accuracy is essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. A dedication to maintaining a high level of Safety in the workplace is required. Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
