Our Virginia Beach, Virginia facility is seeking energetic and dependable Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced logistics team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your duties will include locating products in the warehouse, using scanning equipment to track inventory, and carefully packaging items to ensure they arrive safely. Attention to detail is paramount to guarantee order accuracy and minimize errors. You will work as part of a dedicated team to meet daily picking and packing quotas. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is expected, along with strict adherence to all warehouse safety procedures. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all team members are required to use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). This physically demanding role requires stamina for standing, walking, bending, and reaching, as well as the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
