Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Verify order details and product specifications before packing.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Assist in maintaining the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Understanding and commitment to warehouse safety protocols, including PPE usage.
- Basic computer skills for using scanners and WMS.
