As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Process and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all warehouse safety procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and warehouse operations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Knowledge of basic safety protocols is required, including the use of appropriate PPE.
