Join our vibrant fulfillment center in Raleigh, North Carolina, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick customer orders and prepare them for shipment. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting order accuracy and delivery timelines. Responsibilities include reading order slips, locating items within the warehouse, picking products, and carefully packing them for safe transit. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work station, adhering to all Safety regulations, and utilizing the provided PPE. This position involves standing for extended periods and requires efficient movement throughout the warehouse to meet performance targets within our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
- Inspect picked items for any defects or damage.
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipping labels and ensure all necessary documentation is included.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Meet established performance metrics for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
