We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This position plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring efficient handling of goods and maintaining a clean, organized environment. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks that contribute to our overall logistics success. This role requires physical activity and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Your efforts are crucial to our ability to meet customer demands. Safety is our top priority, and we expect all employees to be vigilant, follow all safety protocols, and correctly use all required PPE. Essential duties include:
- Sorting and organizing incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Loading and unloading trucks manually.
- Assembling pallets and preparing them for shipment.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all work areas.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Operating hand tools and other warehouse equipment as directed.
- Following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards immediately.
- Ability to handle repetitive Lifting tasks involving items up to 35 pounds.
- Supporting the logistics department in achieving operational goals.
