Become a key player in our St. Louis, Missouri fulfillment center as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is fundamental to our operations, focusing on efficiently and accurately processing customer orders from receipt to shipment. We seek motivated individuals who are committed to quality and **safety**. You will utilize modern **logistics** technology to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Strict adherence to **safety** protocols and the use of **PPE** are mandatory for all associates. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other tools.
- Verify order contents against shipping documents.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including appropriate packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safety**-compliant work area.
- Report any inventory inaccuracies or equipment issues.
- Use **PPE** as required for assigned tasks and the general warehouse environment.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets.
- Participate in ongoing **logistics** and **safety** training.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** of up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with **logistics** systems and order fulfillment processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse **safety** practices and **PPE** usage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
