Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Inventory Control Specialist for our Miami, Florida location. This critical role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and organization of our warehouse inventory. The successful candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of inventory management best practices. You will be instrumental in maintaining optimal stock levels, reducing discrepancies, and improving overall **logistics** efficiency. **Safety** is paramount, and adherence to all **PPE** and **safety** guidelines is mandatory. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and excellent growth potential within our expanding supply chain.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve all inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain precise inventory records within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure adequate inventory.
  • Identify and report on slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged inventory.
  • Oversee the proper storage, labeling, and organization of all warehouse stock.
  • Strictly enforce **safety** regulations and ensure the correct use of **PPE**.
  • Support receiving and shipping departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
  • Propose and implement improvements to inventory control processes.
  • Requires the ability for frequent **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency with WMS software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of **logistics** principles and inventory management techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to workplace **safety** and proper use of **PPE**.
