We are seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join our logistics team in Las Vegas, Nevada! In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their correct orders promptly. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately locating and retrieving items from warehouse inventory using order sheets or electronic scanners, and preparing them for the packing and shipping stages. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and possesses a strong commitment to accuracy and safety. A thorough understanding of warehouse safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE, is essential. This position involves significant walking and regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Experience with RF scanning devices and a familiarity with inventory management systems are highly desirable. Daily tasks include navigating the warehouse efficiently, confirming picked items against order details, and staging orders for the next step in the logistics process. Your diligence in this role directly impacts customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations according to order lists.
- Use RF scanners or other devices to track picked items.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in picking areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of warehouse layouts and logistics operations.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork.
