Join our Los Angeles, California team as a Warehouse Worker and be an integral part of our thriving logistics network. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. You will contribute to the smooth flow of goods, ensuring that our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all company safety policies, including the correct use of PPE, is mandatory. We offer a supportive atmosphere where your contributions are recognized and valued. Daily responsibilities may include organizing stock, loading and unloading pallets, and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse. Experience with pallet jacks and a general understanding of warehouse operations are beneficial. This position is crucial for our daily logistics operations and offers a stable work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organized storage areas.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform regular lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory control principles.
- Commitment to safety and following instructions.
