Training Program CoordinatorThe Training Program Coordinator is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training programs. This position plays a crucial part in enhancing employee productivity and skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and communicate effectively with trainees. They must also have a valid Class 1 driver's license. A minimum three years supervisory experience or five years’ worth in this field is mandatory.
