Main ResponsibilitiesAs our Clinical Services Manager , you will play a crucial role in:
- Managing prescribing and wellbeing clinics
- Conducting audits and ensuring safeguarding
- Leading clinical governance and key performance indicators
- Providing clinical supervision to nursing staff
- Completing appraisals and delivering training
- Ensuring compliance with the clinical code of conduct

The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for an inspiring role model who:
- Is a senior nurse with clinical experience in a drug and alcohol setting
- Can build strong relationships with colleagues, commissioners, and service users
- Has a working knowledge of safeguarding and substance use legislation
- Is NMC registered with an active PIN
