Main Responsibilities

As our Clinical Services Manager , you will play a crucial role in:

  • Managing prescribing and wellbeing clinics
  • Conducting audits and ensuring safeguarding
  • Leading clinical governance and key performance indicators
  • Providing clinical supervision to nursing staff
  • Completing appraisals and delivering training
  • Ensuring compliance with the clinical code of conduct

This is a unique opportunity to shape service delivery and contribute to the provision of clinically excellent services!

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an inspiring role model who:

  • Is a senior nurse with clinical experience in a drug and alcohol setting
  • Can build strong relationships with colleagues, commissioners, and service users
  • Has a working knowledge of safeguarding and substance use legislation
  • Is NMC registered with an active PIN
