About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
IT Project Manager
to lead complex IT implementations in a regulated environment. This role requires strong stakeholder management, financial ownership, and the ability to drive multiple work streams while engaging executive leadership. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating independently and managing vendor-led delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage
ITimplementation projects
end-to-end Track and manage
projectmilestones, deliverables, and timelines Coordinate with
technologyvendors
and internal business/technical teams Ensure vendor deliverables align with
contractual agreements Manage
multiple work streams
concurrently Identify, track, and mitigate
projectrisks and issues Present project updates to
executiveleadership
and elevate concerns proactively Prepare and deliver
weeklystatus reports Facilitate
monthly SteeringCommittee meetings
and create executive?ready decks Manage projects in accordance with
Customer IT PMO governance standards Oversee
financial management , including budget tracking, accruals, and forecasts Create and manage
purchaseorders and invoices in SAP Required Skills &Qualifications: Proven experience as an
IT Project Manager
leading enterprise implementations Experience managing
vendors and third?party partners Ability to manage
multiple projects or workstreams
simultaneously Strong risk, issue, and dependency management skills Experience preparing
executive?level reporting and dashboards Financial management experience, including
budget tracking and forecasting Hands?on experience with
SAP
for POs and invoicing Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to lead projects with
minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications:
GxP experience
