Compensation: The pay range (base + commission) for a Sales Consultant* is $47,840 - $110,000 + / year *Spanish speaking Sales Consultants will receive a pay differential Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions Location: Onsite at 11511 Luna Road, Farmers Branch, TX 75234 Shift: 10am - 7pm Monday - Friday What You Will Do: The Sales Representative will be handling inbound calls and warm leads in a call center environment, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100+ carriers to convert sales leads into policyholders. Requirements for this role include an upbeat and positive attitude, confidence, compliance minded, proficiency in multitasking, strong follow-through, and excellent communication skills. We value teamwork and seek individuals who can collaborate effectively with their colleagues. Key Attributes: High school Diploma or equivalent Active Property & Casualty license 1+ years of experience in Insurance sales or service Proven track record of the ability to close new business sales, retain existing business, and cross-sell other lines of business Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well independently and on a team Precise verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients Preferred Attributes: Bachelor's Degree Multi-carrier quoting experience Experience working in a call center environment Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not necessary
