The Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting homeowners and businesses experiencing plumbing or water-related issues. You will maintain consistent communication with existing clients, proactively uncovering concerns and recommending the most effective solutions. Using company pricing tools and insurance guidelines, you will prepare accurate, competitive estimates and guide customers through repair or replacement options with confidence and clarity. This position requires strong follow-up discipline, as you will work a high volume of warm residential and commercial leads involving water damage, sewer line issues, or plumbing failures. You will serve as a trusted, knowledgeable point of contacthelping clients understand their situation, evaluating the scope of work needed, and securing the sale. Responsibilities: Identify opportunities for sewer line repair or replacement for residential and commercial clients. Perform video inspections to diagnose issues such as root intrusion, structural damage, or other conditions requiring excavation. Identify and present solutions for water-related property damage, including mitigation and restoration needs. Conduct on-site evaluations to measure moisture levels and determine the extent of water damage. Assess whether demolition, drying, or restoration steps are required based on inspection findings. Prepare accurate estimates using pricing tools and insurance parameters. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand concerns and recommend appropriate solutions. Utilize prospecting tools to follow up on leads and convert opportunities into closed sales. Provide clear, reliable information to help customers make informed decisions. Essential Skills: Minimum of 6+ months in a customer-facing sales role. Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust quickly. High level of awareness and ability to articulate solutions clearly. Coachability and openness to feedback. Strong ownership mindset and disciplined sales approach. Compensation & Incentives: Training Pay: $1,000 (may vary based on background) Base Salary: $500 weekly (up to $1,250 for top candidates) Uncapped Commission: 5% on weekly sales over $15,000 7% on weekly sales over $25,000 Commission paid upon job completion Average Job Values: Excavation: $11,500 Water Restoration: $6,000 Annual Incentive: $3,500 travel voucher for achieving $1.3M in annual sales Vehicle: Excavation: Company vehicle provided Water Restoration: Personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement at $0.725/mile Minimum Requirements: Comfortable going through background and driving record Stable work history (minimum 1 year per employer) Strong self-presentation skills and ability to "sell yourself" Highly self-motivated, commission-driven personality Ability to manage and follow up on a high volume of leads What This Role Offers: Uncapped earning potential Strong lead flow and high market demand Company-paid certifications (Water Restoration + HIS) Career growth opportunities across residential and commercial service lines Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of Corona, CA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $26,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr.
