Litigation Paralegal

Latitude is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in personal injury law to support a busy and growing team at a boutique law firm in Seattle on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.

Key Responsibilities Of Litigation Paralegal

• Assist attorneys in managing a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall cases, and other tort claims
• Conduct client intake and gather preliminary case information
• Organize and manage medical records, bills, and evidence
• Draft and prepare legal documents including demand letters, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and court filings
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients and experts
• Summarize depositions and medical records; prepare chronologies and case summaries
• Maintain case files and monitor deadlines using case management software
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Assist with trial preparation and provide support during trial as needed

Qualifications Of Litigation Paralegal

• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a plaintiff practice.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and court systems
• Proficient in Pro Law, CaseMap and Digital War Room software preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation
Pay: The base pay for this full-time permanent position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000, depending on experience. Annual performance-based bonus.
