Assistant Project Manager

Hypower is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Jacksonville Salary will be based on qualifications.

Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager position is available to work with the Sr Project Manager to plan and execute projects. Duties include coordination, expediting and organizing project documents and activities. Duties include estimating change orders, submittal reviews, material tracking, labor reporting.

The successful candidate may work alone or with a team and will undertake the following duties and more as instructed by the Project Manager:

• Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
• Pre-plan and coordinate material and completion of required inspections
• Documents job progress, changes, delays, submittals, RFI's, etc.
• Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices, and estimates
• Tracking and reporting project progress, Quality Control reporting
• Performing other duties assigned by the Sr Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner

Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in electrical project management or estimating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accubid Estimating software
• Experience in Bluebeam, BIM coordination, Procore Management software is a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
