About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven, experienced Service Manager to lead a service department. This is not a training role. We are only accepting applications from candidates with a documented track record of success in fixed operations.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Service Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
- High accountability for service metrics and team performance
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced department
- No-nonsense attitude, team motivator, and operationally sharp
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service department operations
- Motivate and manage technicians, advisors, and support staff
- Maximize shop productivity and repair order count
- Monitor key KPIs and performance metrics
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Enforce compliance with company and manufacturer processes
- Coordinate closely with parts, warranty, and front-end departments

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54, $150,000.00 per year
