Car Audio Installer/ 12Volt Tech

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Car Audio Installer/12Volt Technician to join our audio customization team. This role involves installing and troubleshooting audio and electronic systems in a variety of vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong audio installation background, experience with vehicle maintenance, and proficiency with hand and power tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about audio installation service and electronic installations to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair car audio systems, including speakers, amplifiers, and head units.
• Integrate 12-volt electrical systems such as alarms, lighting, and remote starters.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment to complete installations accurately.
• Perform vehicle maintenance tasks related to audio system upgrades and repairs.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure systems are functioning properly and meet safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timeframes.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year audio installing experience.
• Experience with Security/ Alarm installation and diagnostics.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and audio service equipment.
• General knowledge of vehicles and audio components.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Ability to lift heavy components safely during installation procedures.
• Must be punctual.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work 5-6 days a week (with Sunday's off).
