Johnstone Supply – The Comunale Group is growing and has an exciting sales opportunity in our New Castle, Delaware location. We are seeking an energetic, engaging, knowledgeable, and dedicated individual to join our team as Outside Sales Manager for the New Castle, Delaware area. The role of the Outside Sales Manager for Johnstone Supply contributes to company growth and profitability by growing new and existing customer sales. Compensation is base pay and commission.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

A candidate for this position must possess excellent distribution sales skills with documented successful distribution sales experience. A minimum of two years of sales experience in the HVAC/R industry is required. You will need to be continuously maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company and actively prospecting for new accounts and maximizing sales potential with existing customers. This person must be self-motivated and have the desire to go above and beyond for our customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma / GED required OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Required- minimum of 2 years of HVAC/R sales experience.
  • Motivated/results driven, strong drive to succeed.
  • Positive worker with an ability to problem solve and handle pressure.
  • A drive to facilitate business growth through building professional relationships.
  • The motivation to always improve through training and other areas.
  • The confidence to not get discouraged when you "cold call" customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create Quotations
  • Manage Pricing for Certain Accounts
  • Cold Calling Customers
  • Grow Existing Accounts
  • Resolve customer grievances
  • Training on new sales ideas and products
