2. Cleaners for short term rental cleaning

3. Handyman/mover for furniture move-ins, and load-outs. Must have experience and reliable transportation.

Home Staging Assistant must have some experience in property management or home staging.

Cleaners must be highly detailed, have Airbnb cleaning and stocking experience, and a very flexible schedule. Must have transportation

Handyman Projects can include: lock installs, floor installs, painting, light fixture installations, door cam installation, assembling shelving, beds, tables, furniture, and door and barn door installs.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Home Staging Assistant to support our interior design and real estate staging projects. This role involves collaborating with designers to prepare homes for market presentation and short-term rentals, ensuring spaces are visually appealing and aligned with current design trends. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of interior design principles, and project management, with proficiency in standard software tools. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in home staging, renovation, and construction projects within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the selection and arrangement of furniture, decor, and accessories to enhance property appeal.
• Collaborate on furniture setup and placement with high proficiency in spatial planning and design trends.
• Contribute to project management tasks including scheduling, and coordinating with vendors or contractors.
• Prepare visual materials such as renderings and mood boards utilizing Photoshop, Canva, Rhinoceros 3D, or 3ds Max.
• Assist in conducting site visits to evaluate space potential and oversee staging execution.
• Support the team in ensuring compliance with client specifications and project timelines.
• Participate in color theory consultations and lighting strategies to optimize space aesthetics.
• Maintain organized project documentation including drawings, contracts, and project updates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of CAD drafting, interior design principles, color theory, lighting design, remodeling, renovation, and construction processes.
• Experience with project management.
• Strong skills in drafting, spatial planning, and visual presentation techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Background or interest in interior design, sales related to lighting or remodeling projects is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. This position provides valuable exposure to the home staging industry while supporting various aspects of interior design projects from conceptualization through execution.

• Assist in developing conceptual layouts and visual presentations using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
