Our team is growing, and we are seeking a driven, emotionally intelligent Sales Development Representative to help guide prospective patients through our consultative process.

Position Overview
As our SDR/Appointment Setter, you will speak directly with warm, qualified leads who have already expressed interest in regenerative orthopedic solutions and some who are not. You'll guide them through clear next steps, uncover their needs, and help them move confidently toward care decisions.
This role requires a balance of professionalism, empathy, strong follow‑through, and disciplined sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative sales calls per week with warm, inbound prospects
- Host Discovery Calls and Health Advisor Telehealth Sessions to understand client needs
- Present tailored regenerative health solutions with clarity and confidence
- Close high‑ticket sales ($3K–$30K+) using an empathetic and educational approach
- Execute multi‑touchpoint follow‑ups with persistence and care
- Maintain precise notes and workflows in our CRM (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Work closely with appointment setters to improve show‑up and conversion rates
- Participate in daily/weekly huddles, training, and coaching
- Meet and exceed KPIs, close ratios, and monthly sales targets
- Handle objections professionally while reinforcing our premium value
- Ensure every prospect receives a white‑glove experience aligned with Albano Clinic values
- Collaborate seamlessly with the clinical and administrative team
Requirements for Success (Must‑Have Qualifications)
- 1+ years' experience in high‑ticket sales ($3K+ per transaction)
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and hitting goals
- Strong phone presence with persuasive communication and emotional intelligence
- Highly self‑motivated, coachable, and resilient under pressure
- Detail‑oriented with excellent CRM discipline
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable using Zoom, digital tools, and CRMs (GHL preferred)
- Metrics‑obsessed, organized, and consistent
- Exceptional customer service and follow‑through skills
- Tenacious, persistent, and caring in follow‑up
- Available to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (9am–5pm MST)
- Open to potential transition to full‑time
Preferred Experience
- Background in health, wellness, biohacking, concierge medicine, or similar fields
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or comparable CRMs
- Understanding of high‑net‑worth client psychology
- Past experience in coaching, consulting, premium service, or advisory roles
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary + commission for every set appointment AND for booking procedures
- On‑target earnings (OTE) discussed during interview (commensurate with experience)
