Server/Waiter

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced dine in and takeout environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our dine in guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, answering any questions about the menu items.
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed.
• Assist guests with recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
• Able to handle in fast-pace environment
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or as a server is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Familiarity point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs

• Our shift hours range from 11am-9:30pm. Would you able to work a full day shift during weekdays and some night shifts 4-9:30pm ?
