Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through friendly suggestions and recommendations
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing tables and assisting with sanitation protocols
• Handle cash transactions accurately using process payments, and give correct change while adhering to cash handling procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest interactions
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts
• Ability to perform basic math for cashiering duties and order calculations
• Experience with serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles enhances your candidacy
• Hospitality background or culinary experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
