Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our growth by engaging new leads and nurturing client relationships. In this role, you will guide prospective and existing patients through their aesthetic journey—from initial interest to recommended treatment plans—ensuring they feel informed, supported, and excited about their results. This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone passionate about beauty and wellness, with a talent for converting inquiries into loyal long-term clients.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email, text, and walk-ins
  • Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend appropriate treatments and membership offerings
  • Partner closely with providers to communicate treatment plans and drive add-on sales based on clinical recommendations
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to leads, past and current clients, and partnership referrals
  • Maintain accurate client profiles and follow-up workflows in our CRM system
  • Schedule and confirm appointments; ensure readiness for treatments with proper intake steps completed
  • Support monthly promotions, membership enrollments, and product sales
  • Contribute to and achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets
  • Deliver a five-star experience that builds trust, loyalty, and retention
  • Report directly to the CEO and CFO

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ year experience in inside sales, retail sales, customer service, or spa/medical spa environments (preferred)
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Comfort working toward revenue goals with high outbound call volume
  • Passion for the aesthetics and wellness industry
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable with CRM or scheduling systems
  • A polished, energetic, and professional presence in a client-facing role
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and a friendly, warm tone

Schedule: Part time, Monday-Friday, Saturdays as needed.
