Warehouse Manager (Part-Time, On-Site)

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Hours: Guaranteed 30 hours per week

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Manager to help run day-to-day warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, keeping things organized, and ensuring products move in and out efficiently.

You will be responsible for receiving inventory, preparing outbound shipments, coordinating with couriers, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean, well-organized storage system. There may also be occasional administrative tasks related to inventory or shipping.

This role offers guaranteed hours and clear opportunity for growth and increased responsibility for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities and condition
• Organize products on shelves for maximum space and picking efficiency
• Package products accurately and securely for outbound shipments
• Prepare shipments and hand off packages to couriers
• Operate a forklift and other basic warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Assist with basic administrative or inventory-related tasks as needed
• Identify and suggest improvements to warehouse layout and processes

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Comfortable operating a forklift (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Physically able to lift and move inventory as required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills (shipping labels, inventory tracking, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with inventory systems or e-commerce fulfillment
• Experience coordinating with multiple couriers
• Interest in growing into a larger operations or warehouse leadership role
