About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of customer and internal projects. In this role, you'll help drive project execution, coordinate resources, maintain documentation, and support operational processes that keep our teams running smoothly.

You'll collaborate closely with Service Delivery team and project stakeholders to ensure every project aligns with our company's values, meets defined standards, and delivers exceptional results.

What You'll Do

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Assist in implementing project plans and managing day-to-day project activities.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party partners to ensure project readiness.
  • Track deliverables, maintain project documentation, and support schedule management.
  • Support project communication plans and escalation processes.
  • Execute tasks in alignment with Statements of Work (SoW).

Operational Support

  • Learn and apply customer standards, processes, and workflows.
  • Support data collection, reporting, and adherence to project governance.
  • Manage travel arrangements for project personnel and follow project travel guidelines.
  • Participate in project postmortems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Staff & Vendor Coordination

  • Assist with staff planning and resource allocation.
  • Communicate project expectations, including scheduling and skill set requirements, to service personnel.
  • Source and coordinate subcontractor labor as needed.
  • Procure, process, and track materials and logistics.

Communication & Reporting

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding project updates and inquiries.
  • Prepare and distribute status reports, meeting notes, and progress updates.
  • Escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.

Financial & Compliance

  • Comply with project budget guidelines and financial KPI's.
  • Monitor budget status and provide timely updates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely time & expense (T&E) submissions.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

What You Bring

  • 5-7+ Years of experience in Voice and Data Installation project coordination and resource scheduling skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid problem-solving ability with a constructive, team-oriented approach.
  • Project financial analysis experience
  • Comfort working with technology, automation tools, and data reporting systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel with demonstrated skill in data gathering and analysis.
  • Microsoft Office 365 Applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Familiarity with structured cabling (copper and fiber), data networking and wireless networking.
  • Familiarity with AutoTask or similar project lifecycle tools (a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $55,000.00 per year
