Role Description

This is a full-time / seasonal part time , on-site position for an HVAC Installer located in Simi Valley, CA. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems for residential and light commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to safety and environmental regulations. The role requires collaboration with team members and clients to deliver efficient and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Troubleshooting and identifying HVAC system issues
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and conducting Preventive Maintenance
• Familiarity with EPA standards and adherence to environmental regulations
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional service
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to perform installation and maintenance tasks
• Relevant certifications, such as EPA certification, are preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
