Dishwasher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of food items for various services, catering events, and daily kitchen operations. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and storage areas.
• Help with inventory management by receiving, storing, and labeling food products.
• Support chefs and cooks in various tasks as needed during meal preparation.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in the setup and breakdown of banquet events as required.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques is a plus.
• Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or catering services is advantageous.
• A strong willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
