Position: Walking Concierge

Schedule Availability:

• Monday to Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Walking Concierge to join our team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors while maintaining a welcoming, safe, and professional environment throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
• Conduct regular walks throughout the property to ensure safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and concerns
• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere at all times

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to remain professional, friendly, and attentive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
