Contract Janitorial Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Contract Janitorial Technician with 1–3 years of professional cleaning experience to support commercial and residential cleaning projects. This role is ideal for an experienced cleaner who values flexibility and takes pride in detailed, high-quality work.

Assignments may include office cleanings, apartment/unit turnovers, and light maintenance-related cleaning. Work frequency varies based on client needs.

Responsibilities

· Perform general janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting

· Clean and sanitize restrooms

· Remove trash and restock supplies

· Execute move-out / turnover cleanings for apartments or homes

· Follow cleaning checklists and safety standards

· Maintain a professional appearance and conduct on client sites

· Communicate job completion and report issues promptly

Requirements

· 1–3 years of janitorial or professional cleaning experience

· Strong attention to detail and time management skills

· Ability to work independently and follow instructions

· Reliable transportation to job sites

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks

· Dependable and punctual

Preferred (Not Required)

· Experience with commercial properties or apartment turnovers

· Familiarity with professional cleaning equipment and supplies

· Flexibility for short-notice or after-hours jobs
