Clinical Services Manager

Position Summary
The RN Operations supports daily clinical operations at the Miyo Youth Wellness Center by coordinating nursing services, supporting clinical workflows, and ensuring high-quality, culturally grounded care for youth and families under the direction of the Medical Director.

MAJOR DUTIES

• Coordinate daily nursing and clinical operations at the Miyo Center
• Support care coordination, clinical workflows, and scheduling
• Provide day-to-day operational guidance to nursing and support staff
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and standards
• Assist with quality improvement, documentation, and reporting
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary teams

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in clinical nursing practice
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and patient care coordination

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in clinical operations, leadership, or supervisory roles
• Experience working in youth, community, or tribal health settings
• Knowledge of culturally grounded or integrated care models
