Your job as a team member is to help our guests in any way you can and to have fun while doing it Our store is casual, but we do expect professionalism and punctuality. Part-time team members hours range from 16-31 hours per week, depending on the season. Because chocolate and ice cream cravings do not follow a typical 9-5 schedule, availability to work night, weekends, and holidays is required.

Pay: $10-$14 per hour base + tips = average $14-$18 per hour

History:

Kilwins Waco is owned and operated by young entrepreneur Elizabeth Bartlett, along with the help of family, Mark and Jennifer Bartlett. Some of their family's fondest memories were when they visited Kilwins on their yearly vacation in John's Pass, Florida. When she discovered a new Kilwins was coming to her hometown, Liz, 16 years old then, was elated and quickly got her first job there. She loved everything about the store and the Kilwins Franchise. Three years later, at 19 years old, the opportunity arose to purchase the store. That was April of 2022. Eighteen months later, Kilwins approached her with an opportunity to build her second store a block away from the famous Magnolia Silos in Waco, TX.

Liz loves building relationships with her team members and finding ways to inspire them as they brighten their customers' days. Liz's top priority is creating a safe, uplifting environment for her team members to help them flourish, and she always seeks energetic, motivated, positive LEADERS who share her values and vision.
