We are currently seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our Financial Firm located in the South Orlando area.
This is a full-time, year-round position offering stability, professional growth, and future advancement for a clear-thinking, dependable individual.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and salary history. Overtime may be required.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
- Maintain and improve administrative systems to keep firm operations running efficiently.
- Perform administrative functions in a paperless office environment.
- Manage all incoming/outgoing mail and electronic communications.
- Greet and interact with clients and vendors with a high level of professionalism.
- Handle data entry, schedule appointments, update databases, and perform online research.
- Support management, accounting staff, and team members with daily tasks and special projects.
- Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and client-ready at all times.
- Complete all assignments accurately, with attention to detail and respect for deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent administrative, typing, scanning, and document-handling skills.
- Superior organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance — reliability is essential.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, including editing and proofreading.
- Ability to work independently and handle direction from multiple parties.
- Professional appearance and demeanor required.
- Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required (Portuguese is a plus).
Preferred
- Basic Bookkeeping experience
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance, or related field preferred).
