Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of water mitigation projects. This role requires effective communication, conflict management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business objectives. A truck will be provided by ServiceMaster for commuting and for day to day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead water damages, mold remediation, and fire restoration.
• Call insurance companies for approvals on losses
• Walk customer through the process and build trust
• Communicate with other managers and office staff about projects
• Build relationships with insurance companies and adjusters
• Manage conflicts effectively within the team
• Have organized files with different claims
• Understand different insurance companies policies and rules
• Be able to work late on an on call rotation.

Qualifications

• IICRC Qualifications (WTR, ASD, Mold, etc.)
• Valid Drivers License
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Experience in conflict management and resolution within teams.
• Attention to detail.

Pay: $60, $80,000.00 per year
