Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused individual for an opportunity in our firm. The primary function of this position will be to serve as the main point of contact for all client service needs while nurturing an ongoing relationship with new and existing clients.
The ideal candidate should bring a true desire to help others with a friendly and professional personality that shines through in all communications. Strong organization skills and attention to detail are essential, and experience with successfully multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment would be preferred to succeed in this role.
You should be accustomed to working independently as well as in a team environment and must possess an ability to quickly learn new topics with a willingness to self-teach and/or research for answers to achieve the best solution. A desire to take initiative and ownership of position is critical. If you have a passion for helping people and you enjoy new challenges that are created by a variety of tasks with every day being a little bit different this could be the ideal job for you
Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Professional in appearance and attitude.
Dependable, prompt, and willing and able to work on-site during assigned hours and beyond as needed.
Excited to provide EXCEPTIONAL and professional service to clients
Preferred Additional Skills
2+ years of Client/Customer Service.
Experience working within CRM software and financial databases.
Experience in the Financial/Insurance Industries a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50, $52,000.00 per year
