Are you an inspiring early years leader ready to make your mark? We’re looking for a Nursery Manager with a Level 3 childcare qualification and 2+ years of leadership experience to lead our exceptional team at Kids 1st by Busy Bees North Shields Rake Lane .

About You:
- Passionate and ambitious, with a goal to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
- Resourceful, commercially minded, with strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
- Organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
