Handyman/Laborer

We are a growing home and commercial remodeling company in Michigan seeking an experienced Handyman / General Laborer to help cover a variety of odd jobs and small projects we are frequently asked to complete.

This role is ideal for someone skilled, dependable, and comfortable working independently on smaller tasks while supporting larger remodeling projects when needed. Se habla espanol

Responsibilities:

• Perform general handyman and odd-job tasks including (but not limited to):
• Drywall repair and patching
• Light carpentry and trim work
• Door and hardware installation/repair
• Minor plumbing and electrical work (within scope/experience)
• Small repairs and punch-list items
• Assist with residential and commercial remodeling projects as needed
• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Represent the company professionally on job sites

Requirements:

• Proven handyman or general construction experience
• Knowledge of basic tools and materials - bonus points if you have your own tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional attitude and good communication skills

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in residential and/or commercial remodeling
• Own basic tools
• Michigan handyman or contractor experience
