We’re a million-dollar+ cash-based family practice in the heart of San Francisco’s Inner Richmond — serving our community for over 20 years with gentle specific corrective care chiropractic for children and adults.
*Why This Role Stands Out:*
* $109K base salary for FULL time + bonuses up to $250K (after training)
* $3,000 signing bonus for FULL time 5 or 5.5 days a week, after completing onboarding, training and X-ray licensure ( Usually 6 months)

*What You’ll Be Doing:*
* Full-scope patient care: consults, exams, x-rays, ROFs, adjustments
* Mastering our proven corrective care and maintenance systems
* Educating patients on lifelong spinal health
* Contributing to a high-performing, values-driven team
*Compensation & Benefits:*
* Base Salary: $109,000/year (Full-time) part time ( 4 Days a week available lower base)
* Bonus Potential: Up to $250,000/year+ total comp
* 401(k) with company match after 3 months
* Medical, dental, vision 70% employer-paid after 3 months
* Paid PTO, malpractice coverage, CEU support
* Ongoing training & professional development
*Requirements:*
* Active California DC license (or in process)
* California X-ray license (or willing to obtain after hire)
* Seeking a long-term role (3+ years)
* Willing to relocate or commute to San Francisco
