We are seeking a skilled and licensed plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in plumbing systems, construction site operations, and mechanical systems. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing infrastructure across various residential projects. The licensed plumber will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Prefer this to be an in house position.
*Duties*
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new construction, remodeling, and renovation projects.
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations.
* Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
* Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for plumbing tasks.
* Conduct remodeling tasks including carpentry and handyman repairs as needed.
* Follow safety protocols on construction sites, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
* Assist in the assembly of plumbing components and systems according to specifications.
* Read and apply schematics for complex plumbing or mechanical systems.
* Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, and remodeling projects.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, schematics, and blueprint reading.
* Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of pipe fitting, assembly, and system troubleshooting.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites.
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to piping layouts.
* Experience with construction site safety procedures and protocols.
* Valid license as a plumber with relevant certifications required for the role.
* Knowledge of carpentry, remodeling techniques, HVAC integration, and handyman skills is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
