We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help re-engage past prospects and maximize our customer opportunities. This role is key in connecting homeowners with the services they need while supporting our field sales team. Schedule
Weekdays - late afternoon to evening Saturdays Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to previous leads and prospects to reintroduce services and schedule appointments. Respond to inbound inquiries and provide timely, professional information. Collaborate with the sales and scheduling teams to ensure smooth handoffs. Track all activity in the CRM accurately and update lead status. Achieve weekly/monthly appointment and conversion goals. Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally. Qualifications
Previous sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling rejection professionally. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-starting. What We Offer
