We are looking for a dynamic Senior Full-Stack/Backend Engineer with a strong MVP mindset, experienced in building scalable and maintainable systems with extensive integration work. This contract role focuses primarily on backend development (80%) with some frontend responsibilities (20%). Your expertise will contribute to our internal product featuring robust APIs and seamless integrations designed for scalability and maintainability. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable and maintainable backend APIs and databases. Integrate and manage third-party APIs for optimal data flow. Build frontend components that deliver responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks. Analyze data and construct efficient data pipelines (preferred but not mandatory). Drive the entire product lifecycle from MVP to scalable production release. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in backend development, API design, and database management. Proficient in frontend technologies and frameworks (mid-level or higher). Experience with data analysis and pipeline construction is a plus. Familiarity with modern development tools and AI-assisted coding technologies (e.g., Cursor, Copilot). Prior experience in data/web scraping, MarTech, or SalesTech is highly desirable. Architectural mindset focusing on scalability, maintainability, and clean integration. Proficient with Python and JavaScript (Node.js and frontend frameworks), with a primary hosting on AWS. Languages required: Ukrainian/Russian and fluent English (upper-intermediate or higher).
