Lead Data Analyst
on our
Navista - Data & Advanced Analytics
team, designed to support the expansion of our Navista Application Suite and the Integrated Oncology Network (IoN). In this role, you will collaborate across functions to address challenges, perform analyses, recommend solutions, and develop analytic and predictive tools to enhance decision-making in critical areas, including: Revenue Cycle Management

At Navista, our goal is to empower community oncology practices to provide patient-centered cancer care. Being a Cardinal Health company, Navista operates as an oncology practice alliance developed in conjunction with oncologists and practice leaders, offering advanced technology and support services to help maintain the independence and success of these practices. Key Responsibilities: Utilize expert knowledge of business processes, systems, and analytical tools to investigate and diagnose issues.
Monitor systems to ensure optimal process execution, addressing errors to ensure purchase orders and receiving are accurate.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to brainstorm, develop, and implement solutions while effectively capturing business challenges.
Conduct exploratory analyses to identify root causes of issues and validate or refute hypotheses.
Leverage advanced analytics methods to model, analyze, and clean datasets.
Propose actionable solutions and summarize both the financial and operational impacts of your recommendations, including pros/cons of alternatives.
Engage with Data Engineers to design data models for reporting and operationalize standard metrics reporting.
Lead analytics initiatives that generate significant ROI and guide business teams through their analytical challenges.
Serve as a mentor to junior colleagues.
Independently decide on methods for completing new projects.
Take charge of complex, large-scale projects.
Demonstrate self-motivation, teamwork, and high emotional intelligence.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
8-12 years of related experience preferred.
5+ years working with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI preferred.
Familiarity with healthcare analytics and value-based care preferred.
Experience in writing intricate SQL queries and stored procedures is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in Agile methodologies preferred.
Knowledge of version control and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Experience working with oncology data is advantageous.
Revenue Cycle Management experience is preferred.
Multi-Cloud experience (Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.

Recommend innovative practices, processes, metrics, or models.
Lead or participate in large, complex projects with potential long-term impact.
Provide solutions that may set new standards.
Determine independently how to execute new projects.
Receive guidance on high-level project objectives.
Act as a mentor to less experienced staff.
Anticipated salary range:
$105,100 - $150,100 Bonus eligible:
